Yonca Web ("Platform", "Website") is operated by "Yonca SDC" LLC ("Yonca", "we"). By accessing or using the Platform, you (hereinafter, the "User", "you") confirm your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms"). A User is any person who accesses the Platform, uses it, or benefits from the services and features provided through the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
1.1.By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. In addition, if you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.
1.2.You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We are not responsible for the processing of false or inaccurate information provided by you.
2.1.Using certain features of the Platform may require the creation of a User account.
2.2.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities carried out through your account.
2.3.You agree not to share your account with third parties or use other Users' accounts without authorization.
2.4.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate User accounts that violate these Terms.
3.1.Content Provided by Users
3.1.1.The Platform may allow you to submit, upload, store, or share content such as text, images, files, or messages (hereinafter, "User Content").
3.1.2.Users retain ownership rights to their User Content. However, by submitting content, you grant Yonca a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating, managing, and improving the Platform.
3.2.Responsibility for User Content
3.2.1.Users are fully responsible for their User Content. Users agree not to upload or share content that:
3.2.2.We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
4.1.Yonca may use third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, API services, or translation services) to provide functions such as file uploading, backup creation, or content processing.
4.2.User Content may only be processed and stored via these services to ensure the functionality of the Platform.
4.3.Except as required by law, Yonca is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or alteration of data resulting from the activities of third-party service providers.
4.4.Google Drive Integration:
4.4.1.Yonca may allow Users to connect their Google Drive account to the Platform for uploading, storing, accessing, or managing files. This integration is carried out via the Google OAuth 2.0 authorization mechanism.
4.4.2.When connecting a Google Drive account, Yonca requests only the drive.file scope, which limits access to files created or opened through the Application. These permissions are shown to the User during the Google authorization process.
4.4.3.Yonca does not access, read, or modify files outside the scope explicitly authorized by the User.
4.4.4.Files uploaded or managed through Google Drive remain under the User's control and are subject to Google's applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4.4.5.Users may revoke Yonca's access to their Google Drive account at any time through the security settings of their Google account.
5.1.Yonca may provide machine translation or other automated features based on artificial intelligence technologies (e.g., automatic translation).
5.2.These features are provided as is, and their results may contain errors or inaccuracies.
5.3.Yonca does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of automatically generated results for any particular purpose.
6.1.When using the Platform, the User agrees not to:
7.1.The Yonca name, logo, design, and all content related to the Platform (excluding User Content) are the property of Yonca or its licensors.
7.2.You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
Your use of Yonca is governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.
9.1.You may stop using the Platform at any time.
9.2.If you violate these Terms or as required by law, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account access.
9.3.After termination, your access to your account and stored content may be deleted.
