Privacy Policy

1.1."Yonca SDC" LLC Web – the Application that processes user data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.2.User – Any individual who uses the Application and provides their data for authentication and the operation of the Application's functions.

1.3.Account – a User account within the Application created to identify the User and provide access to the functionality of the Application.

1.4.Temporary Data – data that is processed by the Application temporarily during the performance of its functions and is not stored on a permanent basis.

1.5.OAuth Access Tokens – digital authorization keys provided to the User within the OAuth protocol and used to confirm the Application's right to access certain User data in Google services.

1.6.Refresh Tokens – special tokens used to obtain new OAuth access tokens without requiring the User to re-authorize.

1.7.Google API Requirements – rules and conditions for the use of application programming interfaces established by Google for developers using Google services and data.

1.8.HTTPS Connections – secure network connections that use the HTTPS protocol to encrypt transmitted data and ensure its security during transmission over the Internet.

1.9.Limited Use Requirements – provisions of the Google User data policy that restrict the processing and use of data obtained through Google APIs solely to purposes necessary for the functioning of the Application.

1.10.Basic Security Measures – minimum precautions that a User should follow when using the Application and the Internet to protect their account credentials, personal data, and device. Such measures include, in particular, the use of strong passwords, two-factor authentication, caution when following suspicious links, regular updates of software and operating systems, the use of antivirus software, protection of the device from unauthorized access, and refraining from sharing account credentials or other confidential information with third parties.

2.1.This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") describes how "Yonca SDC" LLC Web (hereinafter the "Application," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects user information (hereinafter the "User," "you," or "your") when authenticating through Google OAuth and using the functions of the Application.

2.2.By using the Application, you agree to the data processing practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3.1.Basic Account Information. Using the openid, email, and profile access scopes, the Application may access the following information:

• the email address of the User's Google account;
• basic profile information (such as the display name).

This information is used solely for authentication and identification of the User within the Application.

3.2.Google Drive Data. Using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file, the Application may access files created or selected by the User through the Application, solely for the purpose of providing file upload, storage, and management features within the Application, including, without limitation:

• uploading files to Google Drive;
• viewing and importing files selected by the teacher through the Application interface;
• retrieving file metadata (including name, type, size, and viewer link) for files created or accessed through the Application;
• uploading files to Google Drive on the User's behalf and deleting app-uploaded files at the User's request;
• creating link-based access permissions (public sharing) on files uploaded or accessed through the Application, to enable enrolled students to view course materials;
• enabling teachers to manage educational materials and files through the Application interface.

Access to Google Drive data is performed solely for actions explicitly initiated by the User through the Application interface. The Application does not access, use, or modify the User's files without the User's direct consent. The Application does not use Google Drive data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purposes unrelated to providing the above functionality.

The User may revoke the Application's access to Google Drive at any time through their Google account settings in the «Your connections to third-party apps and services» section, or any other equivalent permissions management section available from time to time.

4.1.Data of Users of Google is used solely for the core functions of the Application, namely for managing files at the User's request.

4.2.We do not use Google User data for:

• advertising;
• behavioral tracking;
• profiling;
• selling or transferring data to third parties.

5.1.We retain User data only for the period necessary to perform the functions of the Application and to comply with applicable legal requirements. Once the data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymized.

5.2.The contents of files in Google Drive are not stored on a permanent basis unless required to perform a specific function initiated by the User.

5.3.Temporary data is deleted immediately after the relevant operation is completed.

5.4.OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and are used solely to maintain authorized sessions.

5.5.The Application uses a Cloud Save function designed for backup storage of User data. Within this function, information contained in the User's database (including information about clients) is automatically saved once per day and transferred to cloud storage to ensure data preservation and the possibility of recovery. The system uses secure authentication to transmit data between the Application and the cloud storage.

6.1.We do not transfer Google User data to third parties.

6.2.Data may be disclosed only:

• 6.2.1. to Google API services, to the extent necessary to perform authorized actions;
• 6.2.2. in cases required by law.

7.1.We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User data, including:

• 7.1.1. the use of secure HTTPS connections;
• 7.1.2. restricted access to account credentials and tokens;
• 7.1.3. secure processing of OAuth tokens.

7.2.However, no method of data transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

8.1.The Application's use of information received through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8.2.Google User data is used, stored, and processed solely for providing user-facing features and is not used for any prohibited purposes.

9.1.You may revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time by visiting: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

9.2.After access is revoked, the Application will no longer be able to access your Google account or your Google Drive data.

10.1.The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10.2.By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. In addition, if you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use our Application.

10.3.You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We are not responsible for the processing of false information provided by you.

11.1.You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties and not to use another User's account without permission.

11.2.We are not responsible for risks related to the disclosure of the User's data to third parties, as well as for the consequences of the User's failure to follow basic security measures.

11.3.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms of this Privacy Policy.

11.4.We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
